Description
The truck scheduling system is a web-based application which will facilitate online truck activities. The objective of the application is to provide the truck system with an automated computerized tool, which will be helpful for the associated users to manage their requirements to find the shipper’s best routes and alternative routes from the available carriers. The system will be a highly robust and user-friendly tool that aims to achieve maximum user satisfaction. Text mining has been used to extract the data from email, i.e., an unstructured data source, and to store the data in a structured form, i.e., in RDBMS, and to apply the data-mining technique to discover knowledge from the data.
